C-H Z:\ Folder Shortcuts:

Before we begin saving files, you should
use these simple steps to be prepared.

To Create a shortcut to your student Submit Folder:
- Go to My Computer and find J:\Microsoft Office 2000 Student\2004-5\8-1 (or 8-2):

Right Click on your File --> Choose Send to --> Desktop (create shortcut):

To create a shortcut to our Data Files
- Go to My Computer and find J:\Microsoft Office 2000 Basics:

Right Click on Data Files --> Choose Send to --> Desktop (create shortcut):

Now, go to your desktop and highlight the two shortcuts that we just made:
- Right Click, and choose Cut:

Go to My Computer and open your Z:\ Drive folder. Right Click and choose Paste.

Now lets Rename these folders so that they are easier to find:
- Right Click on the "Shortcut to Data Files" and choose Rename

Change the name to "Data Files" and hit Enter.

Now, Right Click on the "Shortcut to {your folder}" and choose Rename

Change the name to "Submit" and hit Enter.
