Chapter 10 Essay

Question:

You have now read the tenth chapter of Farmer Boy. When news of the potatobuyers came to the Wilder farm, everyone was excited. They quickly gathered all of the potatoes that they had harvested last fall and loaded basket-fulls of them on the wagon. What was so exciting about potatobuyers? Would that be exciting news to you? Why or why not? Tell me about some things that you think would be really exciting. Non-detailed responses will NOT be accepted.
