Chapter 19 Essay

Question:

You have now read the nineteenth chapter of Farmer Boy. Father showed Almanzo how to bundle up the oats into a large sheaf. Mom's and Dad's are very important teachers for their children. Talk about something that your Mother or Father taught you how to do. How did it make you feel for them to work with you and show you how to do something? How long did it take you to get the hang of the task and complete it on your own? How did you feel when you were able to complete that task without their help? Explain your answer.
