Question:

You have now read the fifth chapter of Farmer Boy. In this chapter, Almanzo gets to stay home from school on his birthday. He is excited to be old enough to break his calves. However, he has another dream. He asks his father if he can help break a colt. What does his father say about his request? How does that make Almanzo feel? Tell about a time when you have felt the same as Almanzo. Non-detailed responses will NOT be accepted.
