Question:

You have now read the twenty-sixth chapter of Farmer Boy. Chapter 26 is all about the Christmas at the Wilder's home. Describe some of the things that happen. What do the children get for Christmas? What do they have for dinner? Who comes to visit? Make sure you use at least three of the five senses (sight, sound, taste, touch, smell) in your description.

Then, compare and contrast the Wilder's Christmas with Christmas at your house. You might include a Venn Diagram to help you organize your thoughts. How are the experiences the same? How are they different? Give at least two reasons why they are the same or different. Explain your answer. Non-detailed responses will NOT be accepted.
